Find Rapanaio in Kazordoon.

The easiest way to find him is to use the wagons to the steamboat, rope yourself once and then go into the building to the south-east.

Rapanaio: I still lack transport and a hero. Hmm .. seeing as I have no hero, you will have to do. What do you think? Are you willing to risk life and limb to save mankind? And womankind, of course?

Mission 1: Just A Fishing Trip

Required items:

Talk to Rapanaio and ask him for a mission. Respond with yes.

He will hand you a Mechanical Fishing Rod which he wants you to use to fish a Mechanical Fish in Yalahar sewers. You will need a few nails to use as bait. The amount you will need depends on luck so bring about 20.

Go down the sewers just north-east of Yalahar depot and start fishing.

There are two possible outcomes; taking 35 energy damage or getting the Mechanical Fish.

When you have the Mechanical Fish bring it to Rapanaio.

Player: hi

Rapanaio: Psht! Not that loud! Evil lurks everywhere. It's after me!

Player: mission

Rapanaio: Have you caught the mechanical fish?

Player: yes

Rapanaio: Interesting, a most interesting construction. A marvel of science. While I try to figure out how it works you might as well continue with your next mission.

Mission 2: A Potent Fuel

Required items:

For the next mission, Rapanaio wants you to bring him 10 vials of rum as fuel for his invention (spoiler alert: he is drinking it).

Get 11 empty vials (get 1 extra to save time for mission 3) and find a rum cask in Liberty Bay. Located here:

Fill 10 of the vials with rum and one with fruit juice. Now go back to Rapanaio and deliver the rum to him.

Player: mission

Rapanaio: Do you have the rum .. erm the fuel with you?

Player: yes

Rapanaio: You did it! Ye Gods, what a temptation! But I will not give in! I will put it into the machine as soon as possible. Oh and if you happen to see a dwarf wearing a funnel, please ask him to return it to me. ...

Rapanaio: But now let's talk about your next mission.

Mission 3: Something Sweet

Required items:

For mission 3 we need to bring Rapanaio the vial of fruit juice that we prepared. If you didn't get it, or don't know how; You get fruit juice by having an empty Vial in your backpack and using a Juice Squeezer on any fruit (except for lemon).

Player: mission

Rapanaio: So you have brought me a vial of fruit juice?

Player: yes

Rapanaio: Ahhhh that juice was just what I needed. I haven't had any fruit juice for ages! You can't fight evil the whole day without allowing yourself a small treat! ...

Rapanaio: Though I bet it would have tasted better in a glass with one of those amusing umbrellas on top! But I don't blame you. ...

Rapanaio: I fear we hunters of evil must be content with the small pleasures life grants us. Now where were we? Oh yes, you are probably eager to learn about your next mission as part of our big plan!

Mission 4: The Technomancer's Machine

Now Rapanaio wants you to talk to Scutty and ask him about his machine.

Take the Ore Wagon to Main Gate and follow this pathing:

After you say machine, Scutty will ask for a favour and hand you a Worm Punisher. Walk south and go through the door.

Heat up the Worm Punisher by using it on the Crucible and it will become a Heated Worm Punisher. Use it on Carrion Worm when they pop up.

Your goal is to hit 6 Carrion Worm in a row.

Note: If you hit a normal Rotworm you will have pay a fee of 500 gold and restart the task.

If you hit the wrong rotworm, talk to Scutty and say worm - yes to pay. You have to do this to continue with the mission.

Player: hi

Scutty: Hi there.

Player: machine

Scutty: So Rapanaio thinks I'd just hand out one of my greatest creations for a few coins of gold? Wrong! It works like this: you help me, then I'll help you. ...

Scutty: Instead I will lend you this hammer - the legendary'worm punisher'. Now hitting them with that hammer might teach them a lesson but it won't keep them away for long. ...

Scutty: Therefore you'll have to heat up the hammer on one of the ovens over there and hit a carrion worm while the hammer is still hot. That will make the silly beasts think they have hit a pocket of lava and they will retreat for good. ...

Scutty: I think if you scare off six of those beasts the rest will follow them. But DON'T hit any of the ordinary worms! ...

Scutty: If you scare them even more you will have to pay me 500 gold in compensation before I'll allow you to continue. ...

Scutty: As soon as you have scared away six of the carrion worms talk to me about the worms and I'll give you that machine. Do we have a deal?

Player: yes

Scutty: Good. Here is the 'worm punisher'. Remember DO NOT hurt the drilling worms! If you do it will cost you 500 gold!

You will get the Worm Whacker achievement when you've successfully hit 6 carrion worms in a row.

Scutty: Hi there.

Player: mission

Scutty: Finally! I could have shaved off and grown a new beard in the time it has taken you to complete that task. However, here is your machine. Now leave me alone, I have experiments to carry out.

Scutty will give you Machine Crate . Bring it to Rapanaio and ask for the next mission.

Mission 5: The Map To Evil

Rapanaio wants you to travel to Northport and ask for a Nautical Map.

Visit Mortimer and ask him for it.

Player: hi

Mortimer: Greetings, what can I do for you?

Player: nautical map

Mortimer: Now this is getting ridiculous. That map has been lying around, collecting dust for years and now after those madmen stole it, someone else shows up asking for it. ...

Apparently the map was stolen from outlaws so we will have to go down a cave and retrieve it.

Go to the beach to the east and dig between the two rocks. Go through the door, through the teleporter and then downstairs. Walk north and open the box where you will find Nautical Map.

Bring the map to Rapanaio.

Player: mission

Rapanaio: So did you get that nautical map?

Player: yes

Rapanaio: Hmm, what fine maps those explorers draw. Wouldn't it be a cunning idea to tattoo it on your back where evil would least expect to find it! I guess with a nail from my workshop and a bucket of old ship paint I could improvise that. ...

Rapanaio: On the other hand the forces of evil probably know all too well that I am cunning, so I have to surprise them with the unexpected! I'll just hide it in my beard! There we go. Now lets talk about our final mission.

Mission 6: The Secret

Ask for the next mission.

Rapanaio will tell you to meet him on his ship. Go through the door to the south, downstairs and then to the east where you will find his ship.

Player: hi

Rapanaio: Psht! Not that loud! Evil lurks everywhere.

Player: mission

Rapanaio: I really hope I won't regret what you are doing here. Uhm, I mean I hope that we will not regret what we are doing, of course. We had better talk about your future mission when we arrive. So .. shall we really depart?

Player: yes

Rapanaio: So be it!

Mission 7: The Master of Evil

Talk to Rapanaio and say mission - yes.

He wants you to find the lair of evil and slay the master of the isle.

Fight your way through the island and go upstairs as shown on the minimap to the right.

When you reach the castle, don't pull the lever or you will fall down one floor and face a bunch of infernal frogs.

The castle has six floors with a boss on each floor.

When all six bosses are dead and you have the Fan Club Membership Card, go back to the ship and tell Rapanaio about your success.

Rapanaio: You made it?! Uhm, I mean of course you did! We did it! We have slain the master of all evil! The world will be a happier place from now on, thanks to our efforts. ...

Rapanaio: Concerning this membership card you have found, I think you should take it to King Tibianus, perhaps you will get a reward! Well, nothing stopping us going back, now, eh?

Rapanaio tells you to take the Fan Club Membership Card to King Tibianus. Travel to Thais and tell him about the fan club membership card.

He will award you with 6666 experience points, Fan Doll of King Tibianus and King Tibianus Fan achievement.
