Basic Information

  • Bosses can be fought once every 48 hours (team up to 5 players).

  • If you don't use the Teleportation Rod on a Piece of the Godbreaker after defeating the bosses, you will have to repeat the fight against the boss once again to be able to fight Ascending Ferumbras .

  • Ascending Ferumbras can be fought once every 2 weeks (team up to 15 players).

Method

A weapon to kill a god

Go to Darashia and find the NPC Mazarius in the north-east part of the city.

He will ask you to help him stop Ferumbras. In order to do so you need to give him 30 Demonic Essences by saying:

Player: Hi.

Mazarius: Greetings, dear visitor. Please tell me what brings you here, to my humble adobe.

Player: Brings.

Mazarius: Ah, you have heard about my search for experienced help. And indeed your reputation for solving certain problems has preceded you.

Player: Problems.

Mazarius: My problems are, so to say, dire news for the whole world. I don't want to confuse you with overly complicated and lengthy stories, so do you want to hear the long version or the short?

Player: Short.

Mazarius: My studies indicate that without all doubt Ferumbras the fiendish is in the process of accumulating nearly godlike powers. We have to stop him. ...

Mazarius: Therefore I need you to enter a hellish dimension and acquire the parts of a weapon, the godbreaker, powerful enough to stop him once and for all. Are you willing to help me in this dire mission?

Player: Yes.

Mazarius: I'm pleased to have such a competent assistance in this matter. Our first task will be to breach the pocket dimension where the godbreaker is hidden. Therefore I ask you to gather 30 demonic essences which will allow me to open it.

Player: Demonic Essence.

Mazarius: Excellent! This will empower the portal to create a breach big enough to let you pass into that hellish hiding place. ...

Mazarius: Now take this teleportation rod. Use it on the parts of the godbreaker to teleport them safely to me.

In exchange for the 30 Demonic Essences he will give you a Teleportation Rod .

Your task will be to defeat The Ruthless Seven Minions and use the Teleportation Rod on the 7 pieces of the Godbreaker to send them to him and stop the ascension of Ferumbras to power.

Now you can enter the teleport on the northern part of the room and you will find yourself in a safe area.

From here you have to get to the Abodes of Torment where you will be able to go to 7 different areas (one for each boss).

The way to the Abodes of Torment

You will have to do this way to go to all the bosses.

Here you will fight Hellfalyers , Grimeleeches , Vexclaws and Demons .

During this quest you will fight many Hellfalyers and Grimeleeches , so using Garlic Necklaces will help you as they very often deal life drain damage. Fire protection equipment will also help you.

Follow this way to get to the Abodes of Torment.

Go up the stairs and get down the hole.

You will find yourself in a pyramid. From here you will be able to access the areas of the 7 bosses.

Pumin Seal ( Tarbaz Tarbaz)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Grimeleeches , Hands of Cused Fate and Spectres .

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and go downstairs.

Follow the way to the red arrow mark to get to the riddle area.

Riddle: Guess my name

Step 1

Go to spot number 1 and pull the lever. You will recieve a message.

Step 2

Go to spot number 2 and pull the lever corresponding to the message you got before.

Step 3

Go to spot number 3 and use the wall north between the pillars to obtain a Bone Flute , and use the flute on the animals until it disappears (you will get a Your questlog has been updated. message).

Step 4

Go to spot number 4 and use the box to obtain a Fire Bug .

Step 5

Go to spot number 5 and use the Fire Bug on the Empty Coal Basin .

Step 6

Go to spot number 6 and use the message on the north-east wall.

Step 7

Go to spot number 7 and use the message on the wall.

Step 8

Go to spot number 8, where the NPC and say:

Player: Hi.

NPC not in database: H... hello. Please don't hurt me! Leave me alone! You can't help me anyway!

Player: Mission.

NPC not in database: My name! My name! I will never find my way back now that I lost it! ...

NPC not in database: I have nothing to give you but the key to the heart of despair! But please, please help me find my name!

Player: TEVON

NPC not in database: That's it! That's my name! Oh, I am so glad you have found it! Now there is hope for me. Ah yes, your reward, er ...

NPC not in database: Well, the door to the heart of despair is open to you, you may go there - if you should wish anything as foolish as that. ...

NPC not in database: If anyone should ask you by what right you're here, just say 'Pass A38'. They're a stickler for protocol, it's horrible. ...

NPC not in database: Er. Well. Anyway, no sense in staying here. Goodbye!

Note: If the NPC won't talk to you, lure a Silver Rabbit "Desperate Soul" that runs around the floor into the NPC room.

Tarbaz

Follow the way to the red arrow mark to get to the boss waiting room.

This boss is pretty easy. Trap him in a corner and deal as much damage as you can, because from time to time he will send you to another area where you will walk really slow.

Around the area there are Guilt that will be shooting at you from the distance. Ignore them and keep walking forward. Kill the Despairs that are blocking the way (skull mark) and follow the way to the red arrow mark to get back to the boss room.

Repeat the process until Tarbaz is dead.

After defeating Tarbaz enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (I) .

Tafariel Seal ( Shulgrax Shulgrax)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Vexclaws , Dark Torturers and Grimeleeches .

Follow the way to the red arrow mark to get to the riddle area.

Riddle: Flower Garden

Follow the way to the question mark and close the door behind you.

On the floor you can see a 6x3 array with special tiles. Every time you step in the tile the color of the tile will change (you can see the color in your minimap). The order is RED - BLUE - YELLOW - WHITE - RED...

Note: In your minimap, the blue colored tiles will be displayed in green.

Don't step on any of these tiles for now, and go to the 3 star marks. There you will see 3 gardens of 6 SQM x 3 SQM. Each one of these 3 garden will have flowers of a different color (red, blue and yellow).

Your task is to match the color position of the flowers from the 3 gardens in the room with the special tiles (if there is no flower in one SQM it must be WHITE in the minimap).

Example: If you superpose the flowers of the 3 gardens in 1 garden, you get something like this. The SQM without flower are white, and then each flower represents a color (keep in mind the blue flowers are green tiles in the minimap).

After doing this, go to the red arrow mark, pull the lever and enter the energy portal.

Shulgrax

Shulgrax will be spawning Sin Devourers and Damned Souls every few minutes.

Sin Devourers are lowering your magic level and melee skills. To get rid of them one member of the team has to kill Damned Souls and after they die they turn into crystals. Use these crystals on the Sin Devourers to get rid of them. The crystals that appear from dead Damned Souls will disappear in 5-10 seconds, so you have to hurry and use them on Sin Devourers before they disappear.

You can trap Shulgrax on the west side of the room and use spells or Sudden Deaths to kill him.

After defeating Shulgrax enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (VI) .

Verminor Seal ( Plagirath Plagirath)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Grimeleeches , Plaguesmiths and Defilers .

Follow the way to the star mark to fight the miniboss The Lord of the Lice .

If you have defeated him previously you can go to the red arrow mark to get teleported to the second part of the seal and skip the miniboss fight.

The Lord of the Lice

After pulling the lever you will be teleported to the miniboss area. You can find it in the middle of the area (skull mark). It's immune to earth and death damage.

After defeating him head to the red arrow mark to get teleported to the second part of the seal.

Plagirath

Follow the way to the skull mark to get to the boss Plagirath . Enter the teleport and you will be in a room with a lever.

The use of Gill Necklaces and Prismatic Rings will help you a lot in this fight. Gill Set for mages is advisable.

Plagirath will sometimes turn it's target appearance into a bog raider and after approximately 3-5 seconds (when the player returns to his original appearance) all the characters in a 4 SQM radius will get 1,5k damage.

Plagirath will also summon a few Disgusting Oozes . When a Disgusting Ooze die, there is a chance they will spawn two more Disgusting Oozes .

The best way to defeat Plagirath is for the mages to be shooting Thunderstorm Runes so they are killing Plagirath and Disgusting Oozes at the same time. If you don't kill Disgusting Oozes they will keep spawning and soon you will be swarmed by them and will lead you to a sure death.

After defeating Plagirath enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (VII) .

Bazir Seal ( Zamulosh Zamulosh)

In this seal you will fight Vexclaws , Grimeleeches , Phantasms and Nightmares .

Follow the way to the red exclamation mark pull the lever (each player must pull it) and the following message will appear: In another room south of this one, something just made a loud booming sound. The lever takes a few moments to reset.

Then head to the red arrow mark and enter the teleport.

Riddle: Animals

To continue through the teleport south, all players must do this riddle. You can either do it individually or in group.

You will find yourself in an area with 8 rooms. Each room with a monster inside and a lever outside the door.

By pulling the lever you change the landscape of the room. Your task is to swap the monsters of every pair of rooms and pull the lever to match the landscape of the room with the monster you lured inside. If you do it right the following message will appear: That seemed correct!.

Example: Open the 1st door on the right and lure the Lonely Frazzlemaw to the room in the left. Before you take him inside, pull the lever to change the landscape and then take him inside. Do the same with the Lonely Deer from the left and take him to the right.

If you are doing it in group, make sure everyone is inside the room before you lure the monster inside, otherwise it will not count for everyone!

Repeat the process with the 4 pair of monsters.

Once you finish you will be able to enter the teleport south.

Zamulosh

You will find yourself in an area with many rooms and no doors, but you can walk through certain places to cross the wall and get to other rooms. The monsters can only attack you if you are in the room with them or inside the wall.

Follow the map below to get to the teleport and face Zamulosh .

The use of Garlic Necklaces or Necklaces of the Deep will help you a lot in this fight as Zamulosh deals a lot of life drain damage.

Zamulosh creates 5 summons (4 weak and 1 strong). The easiest way to defeat Zamulosh is to go to the south west corner with the mages next to the wall and knights and paladins blocking Zamulosh and the summons.

It's a good idea to use energy bombs on the knights so their invisibility doesn't become so annoying.

During the figth at random times Zamulosh will teleport everyone to the center of the room (get back to the corner fast) or it will teleport himself and his summons to the center (when this happens Zamulosh will normally come back to you, so you can just wait in the corner).

The fight can normally be split in two phases:

Phase 1: use Avalanche Runes and AOE spells like Divine Caldera Formula: exevo mas san 160 Mana Holy is element of spell Level: 50 Price: 3000 gp. Cooldown: 4s. Group cooldown: 2s. Cooldown: 40s. Group cooldown: 4s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 8.1 Eternal Winter , Fierce Berserk Formula: exori gran 340 Mana Physical is element of spell Level: 90 Price: 7500 gp. Cooldown: 6s. Group cooldown: 2s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 8.0 (Svargrond) Fierce Berserk ... Soon you will see that there are two Zamulosh that have more HP than the others. When Zamulosh teleports himself to the center, normally the first Zamulosh of the two with most HP to get back to you is the real Zamulosh . Once you identify the real one, you can either keep doing the same thing you have been doing so far or you can switch to phase 2 (optional).

Phase 2: Mages can use Sudden Deaths to kill Zamulosh as it will be faster than using Avalanche Runes . Knights and Paladins keep doing the same as on Phase 1.

After defeating Zamulosh enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (IV) .

Infernatil Seal ( Mazoran Mazoran)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Vexclaws , Grimeleeches , Hellhounds and Hellfire Fighters .

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and you will get to the second floor where you will have to solve a riddle.

Riddle: Elements

In this floor there are 3 levers (green, red and blue marks) that are flooded. To be able to access them you have to step in 3 special tiles (orange mark). After stepping on the 3 tiles, the levers will unflood and you will recieve a message similar to this: You hear a whisper: 'You will not be guided but your path shines in the colours blue, red and green. Heed this hierarchy.

Rember your combination as the order of colors will change for each player.

Now you have to pull the 3 levers in the order that you recieved.

After doing this you will recieve another message similar to this: A booming sound almost deafens you. From somewhere deep within you hear a whisper: 'Grass...'

Depending on the element you get, you will have to pull a different lever to access the boss. You must remember the element you recieved, because everytime you want to fight this boss you will need to pull the same lever.

Grass = Green

Ice = Blue

Blood = Red

Go to the red arrow mark and pull the lever of the color you recieved to access the boss waiting room.

Mazoran

For this boss is recommended to use fire protection equipment.

Mazoran is a quite easy boss. The Knight and Paladin can trap the boss south of the room and Mages just be shooting Sudden Deaths .

Every 30 seconds the floor inside the room will turn into lava (Do NOT walk while the floor is like this because for every step you do you will get 1,5k damage) and 5 Rage of Mazoran will spawn. Just wait a few seconds until the lava is gone and then kill the Rage of Mazoran and keep attacking Mazoran .

Advice: Do not use UE ( Eternal Winter Formula: exevo gran mas frigo 1050 Mana Ice is element of spell Level: 60 Price: 8000 gp. Cooldown: 40s. Group cooldown: 4s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 8.1 Eternal Winter and Rage of the Skies Formula: exevo gran mas vis 600 Mana Energy is element of spell Level: 55 Price: 6000 gp. Cooldown: 40s. Group cooldown: 4s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 8.1 Rage of the Skies ) on Mazoran , but use it to kill the Rage of Mazoran fast.

After defeating Mazoran enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (V) .

Apocalypse Seal ( Razzagorn Razzagorn)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Vexclaws and Juggernauts .

Follow the way to the star mark to fight the miniboss The Shatterer .

If you have defeated him previously you can go to the red arrow mark to get teleported to the second part of the seal and skip the miniboss fight.

The Shatterer

After pulling the lever you will be teleported to the miniboss room. The Shatterer will be chained in the middle of the room. To unchain it you have to pull 4 levers (marked with the red exclamation mark).

The north lever is guarded by Destroyers and the west lever by Furies . To get to the east and south levers you have to go through some firefields and rocks.

It's advisable to pull the south lever as the last one and the shooters can hide in the lever area protected by Wild Growth Rune Formula: adevo grav vita 600 Mana Rune type: Area Level: 27 Price: 2000 gp. Cooldown: 2s. Group cooldown: 2s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 6.6 (Darashia) Wild Growths and the knight lures the miniboss south. You can easily kill it with Sudden Deaths and physical attacks.

After defeating it head to the red arrow mark to get teleported to the second part of the seal.

Razzagorn

Follow the way to the skull mark to get to the boss Razzagorn . Enter the teleport and you will be in a room with a lever.

This boss is probably the most dangerous of all the 7 bosses.

All your attention must be focused on killing the Eruption Of Destruction when it spawns. If you don't kill them in about 10~ seconds they will explode dealing 2k+ damage and a demon will appear. You can kill them with Sudden Deaths and physical attacks.

After pulling the lever you will apear where the blue flag mark is. You will have Razzagorn north of you and 4 Demons around you.

Make sure there's any Eruption Of Destruction (there can be one north of the room). If there is one kill it fast, otherwise kill the demons and you can trap the boss on the sword mark.

Razzagorn will be randomly spawning Eruption Of Destruction but only one at a time. When there is on in the room, stop attacking Razzagorn and focus all your damage on the Eruption Of Destruction . After you kill it you can keep attacking Razzagorn .

Advice: Do NOT hurry to try kill Razzagorn and do NOT ignore Eruption Of Destruction . You have 15 minutes to defeat Razzagorn , so remember: focus on Eruption Of Destruction and after Razzagorn .

After defeating Razzagorn enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (II) .

Ashfalor Seal ( Ragiaz Ragiaz)

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Vexclaws , Undead Dragons and Blightwalkers .

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and go downstairs.

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and go downstairs.

Along the way pick up the items on the marked locations with a star mark: The Rite of Eternal Night , House Silversun's Signet Ring , bones, Grave Flower and Vampire Teeth .

Riddle: Blood ritual

Use the 4 items you collected before (flower, ring, bones and teeth) on the blood fountain and click on the statue to turn off the light on the room.

Use the The Rite of Eternal Night in front of the teleport and you will be able to get through.

Ragiaz

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and go downstairs.

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and enter the teleport to get to the waiting room.

When you pull the lever you will be in a room with Ragiaz and 4 Death Dragons .

Start attacking Ragiaz and after a certain amount of damage it will turn into a Bone Capsule .

Now you can either stay with the Death Dragons and keep killing the Bone Capsule and Ragiaz or take them north of the room and trap them with Wild Growths (Recommended).

After you trap them run south and for the rest of the fight (as long as you stay south) you should only have to deal with Ragiaz and his Bone Capsule form.

When you kill the Bone Capsule , Ragiaz will fight you again.

After defeating Ragiaz enter the teleport and use the Teleportation Rod on the Part of the Godbreaker (III) .

Ferumbras: The final battle

Now that you have delivered the 7 pieces of the Godbreaker to Mazarius you gained access to the teleport on the west to access the Ascending Ferumbras area.

In this seal you will fight Hellflayers , Vexclaws , Grimeleeches , Juggernauts , Plaguesmiths , Dark Torturers , Furies and Hellhounds .

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and go down the hole.

Follow the way to the red arrow mark and enter the teleport and you will be in the boss waiting room.

Ascending Ferumbras

The fight againts Ascending Ferumbras has 4 stages. During the first 2 stages Ascending Ferumbras is immune to all damage.

It is highly recommended to use Depth Galea or Helmet of the Deep during the fight.

Stage 1

After you pull the lever you will be in a room with Ascending Ferumbras in the middle, Enthralled Demons and Rift Invaders .

Around Ascending Ferumbras there are 8 blue crystal pillars forming a circle. You have to kill Rift Invaders right next to those pillars to charge them. An orange message will appear everytime the crystals are being charged.

When the crystals are fully charged, they will change from blue to red.

Stage 2

After all the crystals are charged 8 Ferumbras Soul Splinters will appear (they summon Demons ). When you kill them they will turn into a Ferumbras Essence .

Kill Rift Invaders to make a void appear and lure 8 Ferumbras Essences into the voids.

Stage 3

After luring all the Ferumbras Essence into the void, north of the room will appear some Rift Fragments . Use Convince Creature Rune on them and attack Destabilized Ferumbras who can now be killed with drown damage.

Stage 4

After Destabilized Ferumbras reaches 0 HP, it will become Ferumbras Mortal Shell and now you can deal damage to him.

For low level teams is advisable to go to the south-west corner, so Demons and unconvinced Rift Fragments will not be bothering you.

After you kill Ferumbras Mortal Shell you can enter the teleport south of the room.

Rewards

This quest was implented to the game during Winter Update 2015. You basically have the ability to kill Ferumbras every second week (14 days) but before doing this you have to kill 7 of the mini bosses in order to enter the Ferumbras final boss teleport. These 7 mini bosses can be quite hard but there is a lot of strategies to kill each of them. There is also few missions inside each boss that has to be done in order to kill the mini boss.

The mini bosses that you have to kill are: Shulgrax , Tarbaz , Plagirath , Mazoran , Zamulosh , Razzagorn and Ragiaz .

Once you have killed all of the 7 mini bosses you will be able to enter another teleport which leads you to finally be able to kill the final boss.

In the final boss you will be able to enter with 15 players at max. First things you will face will be Rift Invader that you have to lure next to a tower which has to change colours to pink. In order to change the colour you have to kill the rifts next to the tower and once it changes you need to get to the other towers and do the same until Ferumbras Soul Splinter appears. When the Ferumbras Soul Splinter appear you will have to kill all of them but they are considered hard because 8 of them appear in the middle of the towers. People have different strategies to kill all of them but the most common strategy is going most south west corner. When they are finally dead you will have to use Convince Creature Rune on Rift Fragment in order to kill the Destabilized Ferumbras . Keep in mind that this boss does not move and once you kill it the very main boss will appear. It is highly recommended that you lure the main boss which is called Ferumbras Mortal Shell to the most south or south west to avoid the Rift Fragment that are not convinced. If they appear they will attack you and take a good amount of your hitpoints away unless you wear Helmet of the Deep or Depth Galea . If you came this far and killed the final boss then you should leave the teleport to claim your rewards.
