It is the only NPC that sells different types of costume bags ( Costume Bag (Common) , Costume Bag (Uncommon) , and Costume Bag (Deluxe) ), needed to get the achievement Masquerader . He also sells Party Hat and Party Trumpet , needed to get the achievement Party Animal .
