It is a very rare item. The first time it was introduced in 2001-2002. Knightmare announced he would give some free items in Thais temple. A crowd gathered and Knightmare tossed the crown and crystal wand to random points inside the temple. Eventually Lightbringer bought the crown. And apparently it has been changing hands ever since. I do not know if there is another crown in tibia besides that one.
This item can be sold on the market. And it can be seen in some treasures rooms in Kazordoon, Maze of Lost Souls, in Hellgate and the room of Pharaoh Omruc .
