Please keep the following in mind when feeling a feedback:
You will be able to upgrade Falcon Shield to Falcon Escutcheon by using forge inside the room with ladder to go to the basement floor*. However, to make it work, you will need to also have with you the following items:
One of Patch of Fine Cloth - which is a semi rare drop from Falcon Mini bosses and can be found in Brass-Shod Chest located in Falcon Bastion;
One Grant of Arms - which is a very rare drop from Grand Master Oberon ;
And one Falcon Shield - which is a very rare drop from Grand Master Oberon .
During the forge, Grant of Arms will not be consumed and you will be able to reuse this item, where Patch of Fine Cloth will dissipate in the process.
*- You will have the access to the room only after progressing in Order of the Falcon Quest by killing Mini Bosses: Grand Commander Soeren , Preceptor Lazare , Grand Chaplain Gaunder , Grand Canon Dominus
