This achievement is earned by handing in 100 Medicine Pouch to Ottokar in Venore, a little east of the southwest gate. Medicine Pouches are a semi-rare drop from Swamp Troll . Notable loot such as the Slug Drug and Afflicted addon pieces can be obtained from handing in Medicine Pouches.
