During the final battle against Devovorga, you can only earn this achievement by doing an extremely significant amount of damage against the boss.
Whatever you can do to boost your participation points, do it, ( Sudden Death Rune , Infernal Bolt , Annihilation Formula: exori gran ico 300 Mana Physical is element of spell Level: 110 Price: 20000 gp. Cooldown: 30s. Group cooldown: 4s. Premium Promotion Usable by classes: Knight Paladin Sorcerer Druid Created in patch: 8.7 Annihilation , etc) Because that's the only way to get this achievement.
Originall it was only given to the single player that did the most damage to the boss, but from the past few years it has been changed to make it more obtainable/fair to more players, however it is still a very difficult achievement to get.
