Complete the "Antenna Blinding" task 50 times in the War Against the Hive to unlock this achievement.
Orockle will give you a Strange Powder. Travel around the east side of the Hive, search for small hill-like structures and use the powder on any of their antennae to disrupt their communications.
You must use the powder on 8 different antennae.
Return to Orockle when you are done and you will receive your rewards. By repeating this mission 50 times you will get the Achievement Dazzler
This achievement is earned by doing the "blind" task in the Hive 50 times. This task is very simple, you just run to the far east side of the Hive and go to the top of the towers where the black antennas are.
