You get to taming Uniwheel Premium Uniwheel with Golden Can of Oil .
Obtain a Golden Can of Oil from either Golden Servant or Ethershreck .
During the Mage's Tower mini world change, go to Zao into the Raging Mage 's dimensional portal where you can find the Inoperative Uniwheel.
Use the Golden Can of Oil on the machine to tame it, as well as unlock this achievement.
