This achievement is obtained when you receive your Blazebringer Premium Blazebringer .
To unlock this achievment, make sure you light all 10 Basins during the Lightbearer event on November.
Once you claim your rewards you will earn a special certificate.
Next month when Santa Claus is in Tibia, as soon as you ask him for a "Present" he will see that you have obtained the certificate and award you with the mount.
Moreover you can ask him once more for your regular present afterwards.
