When Horestis is Slumbering in his Tomb, you will have a chance to break his 5 Jars every hour, however the chance is low and ,many characters do this so it is difficult.
If you are lucky enough to break a jar, then you can fight Horestis (after the remaining jars are broken as well).
He will always drop the Scorpion Sceptre
Use the Sceptre on a Sandstone Scorpion to get the king Scorpion Mount, as well as unlock this achievement.
