You can unlock this achievement by transforming a Umbral Axe into a Umbral Master Axe .
The chance of success if extremely low, and will require you to sacrifice 150 Cluster of Solace .
If you start from scratch then you will need an additional 1 Dream Matter 20 Cluster of Solace (for Crude Umbral Axe and 75 Cluster of Solace for Umbral Axe (95)) for a total of 245 Cluster of Solace .
