The chance of success if extremely low, and will require you to sacrifice 150 Cluster of Solace .
If you start from scratch then you will need an additional 1 Dream Matter 20 Cluster of Solace (for Crude Umbral Hammer and 75 Cluster of Solace for Umbral Hammer (95)) for a total of 225 Cluster of Solace .
