This achievement you get when using a Ice Flower Seeds in a Flower Pot (Midnight Bloom) .
After using Ice Flower Seeds on any flower plant mentioned by Honourable, not only the midnight one!
To unlock this acheivment, you must first successfully plant any of the various plants in a Flower Pot during the flower event in June.
Once you have grown a plant into its full bloom, you can use [item=dry][/item](Obtainable during the Thawing mini world change)
which will preserve your plant permanently. its actually quite handy since you won't have to worry about watering ever again, but to some this defeats the purpose of being a plant owner, oh well, to each his own.
