In order to unlock this achievment, you must first complete the Ice Islands Quest (final mission in Formorgar Mines will require a team) in order to get the base Norseman outfit.
Secondly, Get the remaining addons by handing in Shard s to Hijaern on Nibelor.
Give him 5 for the 1st addon (Spear) and 10 for the 2nd addon (Hood/Earmuffs)
Shard s can be looted by various Ice creatures.
