Definitely one of the more fabulous achievements, as you will find yourself sparkingling and dazzling like a real shooting star during the process of this achievement.
Either buy or obtain lots of Fireworks Rocket (You can buy from Ned Noble during the holidays and special events).
Whether you ignite the fireworks on the ground or in your backpack it doesn't matter, you just have to do it 250 times to unlock the achievement.
