You can get this achievement by getting the second addon of the Insectoid Outfit. You get this addon by getting 1,000 War Exp points, which are gained by doing tasks in the Hive. Once attaining 1,000 War Exp, you must ascend the Hive tower to the north when it is in stage 3 and enter the reward room with dead corpses on the top floor.
