New Retro Open PvP Worlds

Fellow Tibians, we have good news for you! The month of May is going to run under a retro theme!

While you have avidly written on your short stories about the origin of the name of Thais, we have received new information concerning the launching date of our new Retro Open PvP game worlds. Relembra and Duna will be launched during the course of the day of May 16.

Relembra will be the first Retro Open PvP game world in South America while Duna will be located in Europe.

Those of you who are not familiar with our Retro Open PvP system, can check this featured article to find detailed information about this type of PvP.

Both game worlds will be actively shielded by BattlEye and are only accessible via the Tibia 11 client. These worlds will be blocked for character world transfers for a significant amount of time. However, please note that depending on how their populations evolve, it may still be possible that these worlds will be opened for transfers or even be merged with other worlds at some point of time.

For a certain amount of time, only premium accounts will be able to play on these game worlds.

Have fun!

Duna will be just like Morta right?

Yes, both game worlds are Retro Open PvP. The only difference is that Duna is actively shielded by BattlEye and can only be accessed via Tibia 11.

Will this be the case, or will transfers and server merges happen between old servers pre-battleye and new ones post-battleye?

There are currently no such plans. Of course we are aware about this controversial topic and it will be considered if game worlds are going to be merged.

Do you also plan retro hardcore around the same time?

No, Retro Hardcore PvP game worlds are planned to be launched approximately around the same time as we release the summer update.

lets go for a hardcore retro pvp server with no STORE items such as potions, runes and blessing

This is very unlikely to happen, since Tibia Coins are a essential part of our business model and an important means to earn the money we need to develop and improve Tibia further.
